Job Description

0765399 BC LTD. DBA River Road Chevron located at 10240 River Road, Delta BC V4C 2R3 is looking to hire 1 Full-time/ Store Manager-Retail.
Retail Store Manager Job Duties:
• Managing and assigning duties to staff.
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales.
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
• Monitor revenues and plan budgets.
• Implement price and credits policies.
• Plan, organise, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
• Modifying merchandise for resale.
• Execute marketing strategies.
• Determine staffing requirements.
• Resolve problems that arise such as consumer complaints and supply shortages.
• Recruit and supervise staff or volunteers.

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years work experience required.
Salary: $31 /hour (40 hours/week)
