670372 BC ltd DBA ESSO gas station located at 160 Tapton Avenue, Princeton, BC Canada V0X1W0 is urgently looking to hire 1 fulltime/ permanent Retail Store Manager

Duties include:

Plan, direct and check daily operations involved in wholesale and retail sales .

Assign duties to the staff and ensure that they follow their duties well.

Determine merchandise and services to be sold.

Resolve customer issues and be responsive to their requests.

Hire and retain staff.

Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.

Develop and implement marketing strategies.

Completion of secondary school, minimum 2 years of experience and good proficiency in English is required.

Salary is $ 30.00/hour (40hours per week).
