Job Description
Rainbow Granite and Marble Inc. located at 218-8322 130 ST Surrey, British
Columbia V3W 8J9 is urgently looking to hire 1 Full-time/Permanent Retail sales
manager.
Duties include :
Plan, direct and organize the activities of sales department.
Manage sales staff and assign them duties.
Analyse market research, sales figure, sale trends to forecast future sales, consumer demand and potential sales volume.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecast.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Identify potential clients and promote sales
Ensure and implement credit and price policies are being followed
Set sales target, Prepare budgets and expenditures.
Hire and train sales team as required.
Completion of secondary school, a college program in related field and 2-3 years of work experience is required along with being good in English.
Salary is $ 31.00/hour (40hours per week).
