Job Description

1 ALPHA SECURITY LTD. located at Surrey, BC V3W 2V7 is looking to hire 1 full time/permanent Office administrator.

Duties include:

  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures

Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years experience and high school graduation certificate is required.

Language- English

Salary is $28.00/hour(40 hours/week).
