Vancouver Pizza Head Office located at Unit 23 7711 128 street, Surrey, BC V3W 4E6 is urgently looking to hire 1 full time/permanent Office Administrative assistant

Job Duties:-

Determine and establish office procedures and routines
Compile data, statistics and other information
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Answer electronic enquiries
Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

Education- Completion of high school required

Work experience – Minimum 1 year of related work experience is preferred

Language- English

Salary- $25.00/hour (40 hours a week)
