Job Description

NJSA Enterprises Ltd Located at 5220-199 street NW Edmonton, Alberta, T6M 0E4 is    urgently looking to hire 1 Full-time/Permanent Retail store manager immediately..
Duties Include:
Managing and assigning duties to staff.

Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales   volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales.
Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
Implement price and credits policies.
Modifying merchandise for resale.
Execute marketing strategies.
Monitor revenues and plan budgets.
Determine staffing requirements.
Resolve problems that arise such as consumer complaints and supply shortages.
Plan, organise, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
Recruit and supervise staff or volunteers.
Completion of secondary school, a university degree or college diploma in related field ,  fluent in English and minimum 3 years of experience is required. Salary is $ 39.50/hour (40hours per week).
